How much does it cost to hire a campervan in Cluj from SMP Travel?
Rates start from €100/day in the winter season (1 December – 1 March), from €120/day in the spring–autumn season and from €140/day in the summer season (15 June – 15 September), depending on the model you choose. All rates are “starting from” and can vary with the length of the rental. You will find the full table on the prices page.
How do I book a campervan?

What equipment does an SMP Travel Cluj campervan have?
All our campervans are fully equipped: kitchen, fridge, comfortable bed, shower, toilet and power sockets. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, so all you need to bring are your clothes and your food. You also receive detailed instructions for a carefree holiday.
Can I travel with my pet in the campervan?
We would love to welcome pets, but for the comfort of all our guests — including those with allergies and sensitivities — we cannot allow animals in the campervans. Thank you for understanding!
What documents do I need to hire a campervan?
You need a category B licence, an ID card or passport, and a bank card. The campervans come with insurance valid across Europe.
Can I take the campervan abroad?
Yes, SMP Travel Cluj campervans can also be used outside Romania, as long as you follow local law and have all the necessary documents and insurance. Please note that road tolls and vignettes in the countries you visit are the customer's responsibility.
Where can I legally camp with a campervan in Romania?
You can stay at licensed campsites and designated areas. Wild camping is only allowed where local law permits it — we give you recommendations when you collect the campervan.
